Question: what's the medication for a nine year old girl who has headache, sprain,fever? Answer: give acetaminohen like childrens tylenol for fevers and aches and pains but never give aspirin because that can cause reye's symdrome which can be a fatel disease which has been linked with giving of aspirin to child who had viral infections although rare this can happen..although doctors do give aspirin to child it should only be done under doctors orders..
