Question: I know it's a silly question and some will say that I should even worry about it but no matter what I still will worry about it. What was it like? Were you embarressed? How did the father or doctors and nurses respond to it? Answer: Don't worry about it. The doctors and nurses have been to enough births to know it is very common. Your body is pushing down with all it's might to get that baby out, and sometimes you lose a little poo in the process. It happened to me and the nurse just changed the absorbant pad under my bottom and didn't say a word. My husband didn't see it becuase I wouldn't let him leave my side until the baby was crowning. I apologized profusely and no one even cared.
